Panthers fire Joe Brady

Any thoughts guys?  I feel our run game is underutilized.  Also, do we pick up a RB, or rely on brown n bonnafon for RB 3?

The RB earlier was so seldomly used none stood out.  Even cmc of late. 

Will this change help?

Need to run more.  Especially when employing limited passers.  We’ve started two of those the past 2 years.  3 if u include mental.

This is, in my honest opinion, the sacrificial lamb offered up by Matt Rhule, but I honestly do not like the dimensionless game planning by Joe Brady.

Snow fields a decent Defense, but D can't do it all. Offense has to be able to move the ball and put points on the board.
