As of 6:00 PM Wed. the Panthers showed five (5..) on the Injury Report. One (McCaffrey..) was a player 'rest' day. The other four were as follows...

DE  Marquis Haynes  ---  Hip  ---  DNP
LB  Frankie Luvu  ---  Shoulder  ---  LP
LB  Brandon Smith  ---  Thigh  ---  LP
OT  Taylor Moton  ---  Knee  ---  LP

Well, doesn't look too bad so far.  Friday--Saturday  will tell the tale.

Today (Thursday..), Marquise Haynes returned to practice. He was a DNP yesterday, but was listed as "limited" (LP) today. Luvu, Smith, and Taylor Moton were all listed as "LP" once again. Moton has never missed a game so far in his career with the Panthers......Has started 67 consecutive games.

I hope and pray all the guys are healthy and ready to go for Sunday. If we start 0-2 its gonna be a bad Monday for Rhule and company.

FRIDAY---Injury report

Today, the Panthers added Shi Smith to the Injury Report. Smith was supposed to take over for Andre Roberts punt return duties.  The Panthers are expected to use RB Chuba Hubbard on kick returns.  Shi Smith did not practice Friday and was listed as "Questionable" for Sunday's game against the Giants. Marquis Haynes, Frankie Luvu, and Taylor Moton all returned to 'Full Practice' today and were not specified for the game on Sunday. That left LB Brandon Smith who also did not practice today and was listed as "Doubtful"

SO....It looks like two guys are still unknown as far as the game is concerned.

WR  Shi Smith  ---  "Questionable"

LB   Brandon Smith  ---  "Doubtful"

Maybe they'll get "all better" before game time.  Praying
