Will Frank Reich be fired prior to the end of the season?
Yes or No?
Will Scott Fitterer be fired prior to the end of the season?
Yes or No?
I don’t have an intelligent response right now.

The poll (up top) doesn't allow a vote on Fitts... I guess you know that tho...
Anyway, I suspect that Frank Reich will be under the gun unless he gets this mess straightened out... Scott might be as well.
With seven (7) games left to play, Reich will have to win at least four of them i think. That would give us a record of 5-12..... And that still might not be enough.
So, I'll say --- BEFORE the end of season = NO (probably)
Frank Reich = YES-Maybe (End Of Season...) -- **See caveat above
Scott Fitterer = IDK-Maybe (End Of Season) -- **See caveat above

I think they both make it until the end. Tepper has no business trying to evaluate anything football related. He bet start looking for an outside, well respected consultant....and then listen to him!!

Agreed. Step back a bit. Others here have said so. Admittedly it’s going poorly.

I agree 200%, but I get the feeling that Tepper's the kind of man who wants it now and wants it delivered. I think he should stay out of the process, but in all fairness, if I paid $4 Billion for a football team, they had better be winning year before last. And yeah, $4 Billion is just out of my price range, but I think you get my drift lol

PRECISELY.....
This is one of the reasons that sole ownership MAY NOT be a particularly good idea. If the ownership of a multi-billion $$ team is vested in an ownership committee, then the likelihood of a single partner exerting too much (???) control is significantly reduced. Although it opens up the possibilities of increased friction when the partners disagree. So, there are multiple ways to look at the issue. I guess what I am saying is.... I am not convinced that Tepper is necessarily THE problem. He might be perceived as A problem, although certainly not the only one. In the same way, I am not convinced that Scott Fitterer is necessarily a problem. The Panthers have always run against the current. In a "normal" team environment, the GM is in charge of football personnel. The GM does the research, initiates the coaching searches, handles the interviews and largely makes hiring decisions over the coaching staff and other football personnel and players. ----- That has NEVER been the case here in Carolina. As they say in Fantasy Football, the Carolina GM has always been a "handcuff" with the HC who has never been the choice of the GM. Until such time that a "normal" hierarchy is put in place here, we will have to suffer along never knowing "who's on first."

Good point Hobbit.
After much thought I think Reich needs 2 years to build this o. Starting from scratch. All new coaches besides ol n st. Oline struggling to learn a new scheme. Rookie qb. D’s been good, st too. Not gonna win anything this year, but we gotta see GROWTH ON O!
