Another DB added today. The Panthers have agreed with S Jordan Fuller from the Rams. This is a strong pickup - IMO. I like him better than the other guy, CB Dane Jackson. Anyway, we're filling up holes at the same time we're adding some quality.
I'm getting the feeling that Dan Morgan has a plan. Have to remember though... Lots of these guys are on real short contracts, 1-2 yrs. Which can be both good AND bad. I'm liking the way Tillis is keeping the cap close to the here and now. Not pushing it out into the future ......

The #Panthers recently restructured LB Shaq Thompson's contract, reducing his base pay this season to $3.1 million ($1.7M guaranteed) and clearing about $3M in cap space.
So amidst a roster overhaul in Carolina, Thompson -- the team's first-round pick in 2015 -- will be back.

I hadn't heard anything about Shaq..... I didn't think this was ever in doubt.

There have been an inordinate number of BIG changes this off-season so far. The Steelers are just one of a bunch of teams making wholesale changes. ESPECIALLY at QB.
