He was seeking a $20 Million per year contract. No dice.
Then he turned down $17 Million from the Dolphins and $18.5 Million from the Seahawks.
Now, he has lowered his "asking price" to $17 Million.
The Seahawks say there is "slim to none" on the chance they try to bring him back, and that they have moved on to plan B, C, and D.
So have the Dolphins.
Wonder if things come to push and shove if we could sign him to a one year deal for a bargain price?
As a Gamecocks fan, I was stoked to see him drafted into the NFL. But, I have since been underwhelmed. He is a rare talent when he can stay healthy.
But, here he could get all of the playing time he wants and potentially up his value over the next season or two.
Personally, although a fan, I still think he is being a bit of a Deva and has been drinking his own cool-aid.
