Carolina valued him on team and wanted to keep him.
Tuttle was set to make $6.5m in last year of his deal. He’s taken a pay cut to $3m, per league source. $500k in guaranteed money.
He can make the rest back w/ incentives.
I still think he has work to do to make the 53.
