The Panthers open their regular season this year against the Jacksonville Jaguars -- in Jacksonville.
The Panthers are 4-3 lifetime against the Jags. The last time the Panthers lost to the Jags was in 2007.
The Panthers have OPENED their season twice against the Jags previously and WON both times. Once at home and once at Jacksonville.
The Panthers opened at HOME against the Jags and won 24-23 --- 2003 - Season result = SUPER BOWL
The Panthers opened at Jacksonville and won 20-9 --- 2015 - Season result = SUPER BOWL
And NOW.....
The Panthers open against the Jags in 2025 at Jacksonville. Score = TBD --- Season result = TBD
THINGS THAT MAKE YOU GO ..... Hmmm
Stranger things have happened! Remember during the 2003 preseason when NOBODY even remotely mentioned the Carolina Panthers as a Super Bowl Team? Yet, there we were. And, in all fairness, we should have won the danged thing.
