CHANGES -- Panthers Coaching Staff -- Modified Responsibilities

There's a lot to discuss here (or maybe not..??). The Panthers have made some changes in coaching responsibilities recently that impacts at least two of the Panthers coaches. Apparently Al Holcolmb and Jeff Nixon have been "promoted" to Assistant Head Coach. Nixon will be the Assistant over the Offense, while Holcolmb will be the Assistant for the Defense.

What this means operationally is hard to predict. The easy assumption is to say that there is no real operational change, but that may not be the case. The strangeness continues on the Panthers sideline...
