COACH?? Matt Rhule says "NO" to Browns... BUT..???

I have never been one keen on college coaches taking NFL head coaching jobs, I think they need a little seasoning.

I am with you on that. The number one problem with transitioning from coaching College Football to coaching in the NFL, as Steve Spurrier explained it in an interview several years ago, is that College players are hungry, they are eager.  The do what you tell them when you tell them.  Not so in the NFL.  NFL players become Diva's who are all too happy to tell you to "F-Off, talk to my Agent", and "I don't get paid to do all that".  That's why Spurrier went back coaching college ball.  

It's tough to go from one stage to another.  It's a completely different culture.
