Well... Have to remember though,
Coaches, like players, are not born to it. They are developed, and sometimes it takes a little time. When you find one, like Rhule maybe.?, you can be light years ahead of 'guessing' about a position coach or coordinator who may not have the will or desire to really make a statement as a Head Coach.
Admittedly, I don't know what is going to happen. But I LIKE Rhule as a coach. He's young enough to buy in to the data delivery and stats and analytics that Tepper seems to want, while still having the "old school" attitude and 'fire' that makes a coach good and effective.
IF he makes the jump to the NFL, he will be a good one.
