With respect BCF..... I wonder about all of these 'promotions' that occur across the league. One-time OCs or DCs moving up to HC positions. Seems like a HC should have AT LEAST ten years of experience in the league before being considered. In the parlance from years gone by, most of them prove to be a mere "flash-in-the-pan".
IF--WHEN we change our HC....... I want one with EXPERIENCE.!!
That isn't a requirement. Ethnicity is the top requirement.
