I think the entire 'scenario' as depicted in this statement can be boiled down to one sentence.
That pretty much spells it out. Seems pretty clear. Depending on what Reich and the OC want to do... Scott is ready to move up if necessary.
Interesting point.... Fitterer apparently spoke and took questions after Reich at the press conference. Where is the video/audio & transcript of what Fitts had to say.??
