A quick update on the Head Coaching Search:
Second (In-Person) Interviews This Week
Tampa OC Dave Canales
Panthers DC Ejiro Evero
Rams DC Raheem Morris
Conducted Virtual Interviews Last Week, Team Still in Playoffs so can't interview in-person:
Ben Johnson
Mike Macdonald
Todd Monken
Conducted Virtual Interviews This Month:
Dan Quinn
Frank Smith
Bobby Slowik
Chris Tabor
Not Happening:
Bengals OC Brian Callahan - Hired as Titans HC
Eagles OC Brian Johnson - Never Interviewed
From that list I would guess the top 4 are Johnson, Canales, Slowik, Evero.
Of those, Canales and Slowik have been coordinators for 1 year. Is a jump to HC too soon?

Of course there are other factors besides a resume. Washington, Seattle, LAC, and Atlanta are all considered more desirable locations thanks to Dave and Nicole. I hope the Harbaugh domino falls soon. It seems Washington is a fav to get Johnson. Have not heard Canales getting an interview in Seattle which is interesting...who are they targeting? Slowik is getting a lot of interviews so the Panthers may have some competition there. I am thinking we may be down to Canales and Evero. Dan knows them both very well.
Just hope the Teppers listen to the football people this time.
