Thanks for all the great links Hobs.

Hard not to like this guy. I like his approach and the way he communicates it.  Does not get an simpler than "it's all about the ball."

I loved the way he spoke.   I know my glass is half full always,,   especially after the new coach first presser..    But I think the guys/  team will be all in on this hire and we will see positive results sooner than later.  
Can't wait to see who how we approach free agency this season.
