Hmmm....There are some significant differences.

I like the replay stuff. No reason not to replay penalties automatically, especially 15 yd penalties. I also think non-calls should be reviewable if a team challenges. (Subject to a maximum number of course.....maybe two challenges for non-calls in addition to regular challenges..??).

Some other interesting "rules" here too.
