Well, I understand what "Home Field Advantage" is... at least i think I do. It amounts to about 3 points for the Home team. At least that is the way the "experts" quantify it. So a visiting team is down three (-3) points before the game even starts. OK... There is a lot of subtlety to take into consideration, but I guess 3 points is an easy way to think about it.
BUT... This sign..??? So... a "winning" team has a 3 point advantage at HOME, but a "losing" team does not have the same advantage even though they are playing at home.. And a very solid "winning" team does NOT have a 3 point advantage on the road, even though they are playing a 0-11 team...????
Hmmm... I don't know. I see where you're coming from, Josh, but I fail to see the logic in this sign.....
