EXACTLY...

I think all of us KNOW that Tepper is NOT a football genius. BUT... he's not in charge on game day. He is NOT making the on-field decisions. The players on the field are being encouraged, watched, and evaluated by the coaches. The coaches are delivering the "attaboys" and the discipline. If the coaches are "coaching" then it is up to the players to deliver the "play".

Everyone wants to BLAME someone. And David Tepper is an easy target. He's made some very 'public' mistakes. He talks and makes statements that HE hasn't came through on. He represents the "low-hanging fruit". If it's necessary to lay blame... then we can blame him for the mess at the new practice facility in SC. We can blame him for the public display of childishness when he tossed a cup of water or a drink of some sort out of the owner's box window. SMH -- stupid, stupid, stupid.

Still, as much as we don't like the 'look', Tepper is NOT making the game-day decisions. This team does not "sink or swim" on David Tepper's weird, sometimes crazy, actions. The best thing we can do right now is just ignore all of the background "noise" surrounding Tepper. It is NOT important. There is no reason to blame EVERYTHING on Tepper.

This team is in the hands of Dan Morgan, Tillis, and Canales. They are the ones who will 'shape' this team this year and probably next year and thereafter. At least for awhile... possibly ... maybe..??  There have been a LOT of good changes made. The Panthers are playing 'tough'. They're getting beat, but they're showing up to play. This totally unreasonable spate of injuries has decimated our Defense. And yet, we keep fighting to be relevant. I am liking what I'm seeing for effort.

Something has to give...And when it does, it won't be Tepper who gets the accolades. And if it doesn't happen immediately, it's not Tepper's fault either.
