I agree that the owners that mettle the most can have bad teams.

On the other hand,  if the team is playing well,  why would he mettle lol.

Because we believe they all have HUGE egos ,,  I think even the winning owners are still in the coaches, GM's ears..  etc.  They always want to let their GM's , Coaches know who is boss..  even if it doesn't make the media ..

Yes, probably true. We'll never know though. Which HC or GM will be willing to speak up or point the finger ..??
