Eagle cam

LadypantherFirst needing this morning by dad.  So cute...little fuzzy bobblehead still finding its legs.  Would often faceplant when trying to reach out for a tiny bite of fish.  Working hard at it though.  Spunky little thing.

They are SO tiny.!! They look like those cotton ball things that blow around in the wind after Dandelions flower.!  Hard to believe those fluff balls grow into eagles. 
Still one more to go.!!

Sadly. the 2nd egg is not hatching.  I have watched this nest for years (the only one I watch).  I can't remember every having a single eaglet.  At time there have been 3 eggs with one not hatching. Going to miss out seeing food competition and playful bobbing.  This is going to be 1 soiled fat little eaglet.

Checked out our eagle lately?  He/she is really growing up. As an only eaglet is very spoiled.  Thinks all the fish belong to him/her.  Works for nothing.

Yeah, I've been watching him. I'll call Eagle Junior a "him" for the lack of a more appropriate pronoun.!! He's not a "they" and I refuse to call him an "it".

The loss of the second embryo was a downer. BUT... It made life easier for this one I guess.!  Sure is fun (eye-opening) to watch them grow up.
