The Panthers faced 2 bad defenses. Can they step it up moving forward?

Evero needs to have a new plan for a pass D. Coverage is awful.  Why is not Horn on their best receiver?  And Horn....man....got to play smarter!  

Last 2 weeks Panthers won in spite of losing the turnover battle.    That is not going to work moving forward.

Jets feel like a trap game....watch out Panthers.

After that...am holding my breath.

Our secondary is dismal at best. And we desperately need a PASS RUSHER/EDGE! There is still time before the upcoming trade deadline to pick up another player. Not sure if there will be one available who fits our needs, but almost anything is better than what we have right now. And, cudos to the DL for RUN DEFENSE, but as said, out pass rush is next to zero.

You’re correct LP , we can’t keep losing the turn over battle.
I think most of us agree , we are weak on defense,, pass rush ( defensive end ) linebacker are not good, the defensive line is good and the linebackers have helped there. Defensive backs, I thought we’d be good but we aren’t awful but not good. I keep gearing talking heads say how good JC Horn is. We as fans view our players with a microscope and see his flaws. But I keep hearing how his man is rarely targeted because he’s that good.

Trap game. Probably is. But the 0-6 Jets lost to Denver, Pittsburgh, Tampa Bay by 2 points each. Thie Jets are probably better than most think . Jets fan are just tired of losing and losing by 2 points is the same as losing by 20, it’s a loss. But playing them, we have to realize then can play well enough to win.

If we as a team, coaching staff , turned the corner last week , we have to beat the Jets on the road. It doesn’t matter that they are 0-6 , we need to take the next step for US

You are correct, OP.  The Jets are NOT as bad as their record indicates.  I watched highlights from their game against the Broncos, and thought they were going to win that game.  They did not look like an 0-6 Team.

(That being said, I hope next week they look like an 0-7 Team :) )
