WHY HAS CURTIS SAMUEL NOT BEEN RE-SIGNED YET???

Curtis Samuel is the best wide receiver on the Carolina Panthers roster, and one which we might never see again in a Panthers uniform.  WHY have we not already worked out something with him??

Nope. Dj n Anderson were better. CS is worth 8-9 mill. Hope he comes back. We need a te(,or 2). A couple dts, n a couple cbs n lbs. oh n ol. CS is expendable. Even while I love him. Can get 2 guys for 4.5 mil... not as good, but depth.

That is what surprised me most about the move.
