Tepper and his brass balls

Is he man enough to face the fan base and admit he does not know how to run an NFL team??  Something that is painfully obvious to everyone else.  Is he man enough to tell us that he is turning over the organization to real NFL football people to run?  My fear is he doubles down...just fires people and starts the same old crap over again.  Does he have the balls to step back? If not we are the Browns for a long long time.   He and Nicole can focus on things like uniform combos...something they seem to be good at.  They can still hug draft picks...they just need to let someone else pick them.
