We knew it was coming. The Panthers released Cam today. He has been free to negotiate for himself for a week or so. Now it's time for him to get on the ball. IF there is a team out there that wants to take a flyer on him.
I suspect he'll land somewhere pretty soon.....

Yep, it was bound to happen, and everybody knew it. It will actually benefit Cam more than anyone else.

Cam is still waiting. Apparently no one in a BIG hurry to sign him. He'll end up somewhere, I'm sure. But his multi-million dollar gravy train has been shuttled off onto a siding somewhere. I'll bet that he signs a one or MAYBE two year deal somewhere, if and when he shows himself as healthy. And the numbers won't be excessively high either.....

I agree Hobbit, probably nobody jumping to sign him yet because of uncertainty about his health. But he is a heck of a better quarterback (when healthy) than some other teams have. IDK... we'll see.
