As many injuries as we have, maybe we should call it "The Lameday Thread".

Disillusioned is my word for the day.

Not expecting us to win another game this season.

Sorry, don't mean to be a downer, but I just don't have the mental fortitude left at the moment to be hopeful in the face of "same ole, same ole".

That said, "GO PANTHERS!"

Huh

I am always hoping for a good surprise but these are tough times to be a Panther fan,  The # of injuries is disheartening.  I hope the college scouts are working overtime.

At least they played the Falcons tough. I know that accounts for little to nothing, but at least it's better than getting blown off the field each game.

Yea..until that interception the Panthers were still in it.  That seemed to suck out the last breath of life for the defense.

YEP... If we didn't get SO FAR behind, that game was winnable. LOL -- That's a little like saying, "If the Falcons hadn't scored so many points, we could have won..".. I'm nothing, if not Mr. Obvious..!!

Anyway, when you're so far behind, it forces you into "situational" football that is a real disadvantage. If our "D" had held up better, we would have powered on with the run game. More time of possession, more Offensive plays, more scoring (probably..) = closer ballgame (maybe a win).
It's sad, but our heretofore 'solid' defense has really let us down. Of course, injuries are part of the game, but this year has been one for the books.....
