The pick is in.. at #114
Chandler Zavala O-Line from NC State.
This dude is BIG... 6'3" OR 6'5" - 322 (depending on who and where you read the stats..) AND he looks sorta QUICK, like a bunny. Well.... Maybe like an overgrown bunny.!! The little film I watched looked pretty good. Good feet and nice lateral movement.
Another box checked off.

The LAST pick of the 2023 NFL Draft is in the books for the Panthers. --- #145
The Panthers have selected DB Jammie Robinson out of Florida State. Robinson typically plays at a Safety position... Although he also plays the Nickel CB as well. Robinson has decent size for a DB at approx 6' -- 191.
Robinson is a 1st team All-American and a two-time All ACC player.

Todays selections made sense, at least to me but what do I know. Good selections and proper values.
I like the fits, personel wise.

YES..!!!
Good value from Draft position.... thankfully.
AND
Good fit schematically baed on need (projected..).
I'll take both of these guys.
I like all of em. smart atheletes. What we’re going for I believe. Athletic n smart. (Sorry I doubled up)4th n 5th 2.
Sorry, 2nd n 3rd. They have potential. Here’s a game. Anybody figure out why the 3rd rd olb fell? Or was supposed to?
Johnson got good promise. He did a bad bad thing. I’d expect all our draft picks to REALLY compete. If so, great draft! The #4 n 5 picks (Zavala n Robinson) as well.

I'm not super-excited about this year's picks for some reason, not because they won't be good, but because the enitre Team-Build has a "different" kind of feel to it than in years past.
I don't think we really made any "bad" picks, for what it's worth, though.
Like Reich's building of the coaching staff, the draft has a solid feel to it, and I'll take it. Much more of a professional build than, say, Matt Rhule's apparent little kid in a candy store kind of build.
