We have lift off!!!!

1st flight this morning.  Took a couple of short flights and made it back to nest....around 8am this morning.  Assume they will post on their Facebook page.

I think he was gone yesterday..???

I checked in and didn't notice him. Meant to post here about it, but it slipped my mind. (It's hell getting old...).
I don't know --- Could have been me. Maybe he was sitting somewhere and I didn't notice. Once I couldn't find (see..) him, I didn't hang around.

He has been doing a lot of branching.  That is a precursor to flying.
