A little old lady went to the doctor. She told the doctor she had a terrible problem with gas. She said “It’s really strange though, I fart a lot, but they’re silent and they don’t smell. I’ve farted at least ten times since I’ve been here and you haven’t noticed.” The doctor gave her some pills and told her to come back in a week. She said “okay” and headed home. A week later, she returned as she was told. When she saw the doctor she told him, “I don’t know what you gave me, but now my farts stink.!! —   They’re still silent though.” The doctor said, “Excellent.!! - We’ve cleared your sinuses.! Now we’ll work on your hearing.!!!”
