Why are none of these pending free agents looking to play for a contender not mentioning the Panthers? Are they nuts.

I’m pleased with all the early signings.

FC, I understand, but I think they see improvements imminent.  Build a core.  Supplement through fa, n kill the draft.  JMHO

Preference can be a strange thing, First.
Some folks would MUCH rather watch UNC beat up on a Div.II school than play a solid game and win by a whisker (or maybe even lose..) to Duke. Some students wouldn't consider going to Carolina if they can go to Duke instead. The same can be said for almost any of the Div.I schools. They inspire rabid fans with an uppitiy sense of "value". Sort of like "performance anxiety" in reverse.!!
WHY..???  ¿Quien sabe? Huh

A lot of it is just the way they were raised, and their environment as they grew up. These players have preferences too.  Some of it is MONEY. Some of it is a sense of well-being in having a contract done.

The latest 'returning Panther' is CB Mike Jackson. I've born waiting to hear this.... SO glad it's done.!!  Mike Jack played well last year and will be the top prospect to start opposite of Jaycee Horn.

So, the list of Panther FAs who have opted to stick around include..

JJ Jantzen
Andy Dalton
Cade Mays
LeBryan Ray
Austin Corbett
Tommy Tremble
Jaycee Horn   (Well....Jaycee Horn wasn't technically a Free Agent..)

Miles Sanders gone.

https://www.panthers.com/news/panthers-r...es-sanders

The Panthers parted ways with veteran running back Miles Sanders on Tuesday in advance of the start of the new league year.

In two seasons here, Sanders had 184 carries for 637 yards and three touchdowns, along with 51 catches for 302 yards and a touchdown.

Anyone know the cap savings?  Assuming we will get a RB in the draft.
