Adam gets a raise

I am REALLY pleased that Thielen decided to stay at least one more year. The raise is small, so it almost a non-issue on the cap line, but it's important to foster attention and show the Panthers are serious, and to reward Adam for his efforts.

Thielen is a man of honor. He's a great receiver and leaves it all out on the field. You can't ask for a better teammate or a better representative for the Panthers as well as a "coach" for the young'uns.
