The Carolina Panthers are reassuring fans that they still have ALL NINE of their 2025 Draft picks after some confusion on Social Media last week.

Truth:  The Chicago Bears do NOT have the Panthers #114 pick, the Panthers have it.  That was some typo/error leftover from last season.

And, honestly, speaking of the fourth round, we have two almost on top of each other, not to mention three in the fifth round.  Some of those, I can pretty much guarantee you, are going to be used on moving up to pick someone somewhere along the way.

Panthers 2025 draft picks

Their own first-rounder (No. 8 overall)

Los Angeles Rams' second-rounder (No. 57 overall)

Their own third-rounder (No. 74 overall)

Their own fourth-rounder (No. 111 overall)

Cowboys' fourth-rounder (No. 114 overall)

New York Giants' fifth-rounder (No. 140 overall)

Their own fifth-rounder (No. 146 overall)

Ravens' fifth-rounder (No. 163 overall)

Cardinals' seventh rounder (No. 230)

Hmm...

Well, this order is very slightly different from the one I posted earlier in the "Draft Topics" sub-forum. Starting in round 4 these numbers are one spot different.

PANTHERSFANZ FORUMS:  Panthers "Draft Topics"  Panthers 'Very Early' Draft Pick Order

But truthfully, it doesn't really matter anyway. As I mentioned in that earlier post... Only the first three rounds are locked down. All of the rest of them could change. Starting with the end of Round three, there will be an influx of "Compensatory" picks that will push pick "numbers" around and teams will "appear" to be out of order, when in reality it's just the compensatory picks  being added to the mix.

THIS one should be closer to correct. But, I wouldn't be surprised to see these numbers change again before draft night.
Huh

Welp, these are straight from the horse's mouth, so I'm thinking they are the correct ones

Oh, I'm sure they are. Never said they're not.  Just saying there's always possibilities that the relative positions could change on draft night... "I wouldn't be surprised...", etc., etc. ....
