RHULE---Interesting Question--Quandary..???

Sooo.... Here is an interesting story...And an interesting question.  Is Matt Rhule really interested in moving back to major college football??  There have been some reports speculating about this. NOW...recently, there is another one floating around out there.
At this point I should preface all of this by saying this is pure "speculation". No indication from Rhule, or a college program, or the Panthers that any of this could be happening in fact.  STILL...there continues to be random "reports" of a potential move as a 'possibility'.

So far it's all a bunch of fluff. But, could it develop into something at some point??  Anything is possible.!!

Wondering here.... Can you have one without the other..?? A question for the ages. Does it matter..?? (Another question that requires consideration..). IF it matters, which of the "As" takes precedence..?? OR Can they peacefully co-exist..??  Last question:  How much does a ticket cost.??
